Psalms 116
God hears us all the time, even when we have fall short of His expectations. He already loved us when we are still sinners and when we still do not know about Him, what less can He give to us? It is stated in the Bible that "ask and you shall receive". This shows that God does listen to us whenever we pray, He doesn't choose which days He would listen to us.
