In every nation he accepts those who fear him and do what is right. (Acts 10:35 NLT)
God doesn't need to see what we are willing to offer Him, He accepts us for who we are as long as we fear Him and have an intimate relationship with Him. God wants us to be obedient to Him rather than to keep offering Him something. He wants us to know Him, rather than to know Him superficially. And when we really know God, we will be able to know what He wants - which is our obedience.
