The LORD kept his word and did for Sarah exactly what he had promised. She became pregnant, and she gave birth to a son for Abraham in his old age. This happened at just the time God had said it would. (Genesis 21:1, 2 NLT)
1. God never goes back on His promises, and He never ever change. We change; and then we think God changes too. But the fact is that, God will never change. He was the same yesterday, is the same today, and will be the same tomorrow.
2. Everything God does is according to His own timing. Simply because God is God. He knows everything He is doing, and He knows the best for every one of us. When things happen God's way and in God's timing, that is the best thing that could happen. We shouldn't continue forcing God to do things our ways and want it in our own timing. Cause after all we don't really understand ourselves fully, and we cannot see things that are going to happen in the future. Only God can. Trust Him fully and nothing will go wrong :) He will provide a solution no matter what.
